LoansTN.com is a free loan matching service that connects Tennessee residents with licensed lenders. We are not a lender, loan broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, guarantee loan approval, or fund loans. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between borrowers and lenders.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have a valid Tennessee address (for Tennessee-specific loan products)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application

No Guarantee of Offers or Terms

Submitting a loan request through LoansTN does not guarantee that you will receive offers from lenders. Loan approval, rates, terms, and amounts are determined solely by the individual lender based on their underwriting criteria. APRs range from 6.99% to 35.99% depending on creditworthiness and lender policies.

Credit Inquiries

The initial rate check performed through our platform is a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If you accept a loan offer and proceed with a full application, the lender will perform a hard credit inquiry, which may temporarily impact your credit score.

Tennessee Regulatory Compliance

All lenders in our network are licensed to operate in Tennessee under TCA Title 45 and regulated by the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions (TDFI). Loan terms and conditions are governed by Tennessee state law and applicable federal regulations.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all submissions
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or interfere with its operation
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission
